Feature Updates
Foreign Assets Support Added:
Foreign Assets support has now been introduced across both the MFD Portal and Client Portal.
MFD Portal
MFDs can now create Foreign Assets using User Defined Securities.
A new Foreign Assets tab has been added to the Transactions screen in both Summary and Transaction View.

Client Portal
In the Portfolio Valuation on-screen, PDF and in Excel, Foreign Assets are now displayed as a separate Asset Class, making it easier for investors to view and track their international investments.

Update in PDF Report Configuration:
A new option has been added to the PDF Report Configuration settings.
Along with the existing contacts, you can now choose to include the Service RM in the generated PDF reports.
This provides greater flexibility in report customization and ensures the relevant service relationship details are included when required.

Dashboard > Settings > Portal Settings > PDF Reports Configuration
Signup Process Simplified with - CAPTCHA Verification Removed:
The signup process has been made smoother by removing the CAPTCHA verification.
To maintain security, CAPTCHA verification will be triggered only after multiple failed attempts, such as entering an incorrect mobile number or OTP. This ensures a faster signup experience while protecting against repeated invalid attempts.

Enhancements in Portfolio Rebalancing Report:
Decimal values have been removed from the Add and Subtract columns in the PDF report.
The report generation date is now displayed in the generated PDF.
Rebalancing Notes added by the MFD have been moved from the end of the report to just after the Capital Gain section, making them easier to review.
While generating the report, selecting a family member is now easier with a dropdown list, replacing the earlier manual text entry.
The meeting scheduling process in CRM has been enhanced.
When Online is selected as the meeting mode, a new field appears to add the meeting link.
When In Person is selected, a dropdown list is displayed to select the meeting location.

Introducing Calendar in Mint CRM:
A new Calendar has been introduced in Mint CRM, giving MFDs a centralized view of all Meetings, Tasks, and Opportunities in one place.
The Calendar supports Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views, making it easy to plan schedules at different levels. Activities are color-coded for quick identification, and MFDs can create, edit, and reschedule CRM activities directly from the Calendar using drag-and-drop.

SIF EUIN Support Added:
A new optional field, SIF EUIN, has been introduced in both ARN Settings and User Settings.
For online SIF orders placed through NSE, BSE, and MFU, the system will use the SIF EUIN configured in the User Settings based on the RM/Sub Broker hierarchy.
If the SIF EUIN is not available in User Settings, the system will use the value configured in ARN Settings. If the field is blank in both locations, the order will be processed with the EUIN Declaration set to "N".
The SIF EUIN field is now visible in both the ARN Settings and User Settings dashboards, providing greater flexibility in managing SIF order processing.

Enhancement in FD Transaction Export:
For Fixed Deposit (FD) manual transactions, the downloaded Excel report now includes the Commission In Rate and Commission Out Rate entered at the time of transaction creation.
This enhancement ensures complete commission details are available in the exported report for better tracking and record-keeping.

Bugs Resolved
Major Updates in Existing Modification of User via Bulk Upload:
Username, Level, and User Business Code can no longer be modified for existing users through Bulk Upload.
To update an existing user, the Username, Level, and User Business Code in the upload file must exactly match the existing user details in the system.
If an existing user's User Business Code is blank, it must first be updated from the Mint Portal before the user can be updated through Bulk Upload.

Capital Gain Report Not Updating After Portfolio Rebalancing:
Issue Reported:
After performing a Portfolio Rebalancing action, the updated data was not reflecting in the Capital Gain report, resulting in inconsistent report data.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The data is reflecting correctly in both reports.

My Journey Graph – User Defined Securities Not Displayed:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed in the My Journey graph where the value of User Defined Securities was not being plotted properly, resulting in an incomplete view of the investment journey.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The My Journey graph now correctly includes the value of User Defined Securities, providing a complete and accurate representation of the portfolio.

Foreign Assets – Decimal Rounding Issue:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed where the values of Foreign Assets were not being rounded correctly, leading to minor differences in the displayed figures.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. Foreign Assets values are now rounded correctly, ensuring accurate and consistent calculations across the application.

CAS Import – Dividend Entries Not Updating in Reports:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed where Dividend entries imported through CAS were not being reflected in the reports, resulting in incomplete portfolio information.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. Dividend entries imported via CAS are now correctly updated and reflected in the relevant reports.

User Settings – Simplified Back Office User Creation Form:
Update:
The Back Office User Creation form has been simplified by removing unnecessary fields. This provides a cleaner interface and makes the user creation process quicker and easier.

Additional Transactions – Holder Name Not Displayed:
Issue Reported:
An issue was observed where the Holder Name field was not displayed while placing an Additional Transaction. This issue was affecting transactions across NSE, BSE, and MFU, although the field was correctly displayed for New Investment transactions.
Issue Resolved:
This issue has been fixed. The Holder Name field is now displayed correctly while placing Additional Transactions across NSE, BSE, and MFU.
Other Assets Current Value Excel – Net Investment Column Restored:
Update:
The Purchase Amount column has been added back to the Other Assets Excel report and has been renamed to "Net Investment" for better clarity and consistency.

Onboarding – Invalid Name Error for Expired KYC Cases:
Issue Reported:
In some cases, users who had left the onboarding process midway, completed their KYC externally, and returned later after their KYC status had expired were encountering an "Invalid Name" error while resuming onboarding.
Issue Resolved:
The onboarding logic has been updated to handle the cases where KYC started in Mint but completed externally. Users can now continue the onboarding process without encountering the "Invalid Name" error.

Foreign Assets Support Added:
Foreign Assets support has now been introduced across both the MFD Portal and Client Portal.
