Feature Updates


  1. Introducing SIP Modification Request in the Investor Portal:-


  • With the latest release, a new Add/Stop button has been introduced in the My SIP section of the Investor Portal. This feature allows investors to raise modification requests for their ongoing SIPs, such as Pause, Cease, or Top-Up, which will send a mail to your main broker email ID for further action. No request will be sent directly to the RTA or Exchanges.

  • This feature provides investors with greater control and flexibility over their investments, allowing seamless communication with their advisors to implement desired changes to their SIPs.

  1. Introducing New Action Button: Check Status BSE System Orders:-


  • With the latest release, a new action button labelled "Check Status" has been introduced. This button allows users to fetch and view the current current status of an order, making it easier to track order progress.

  • This new update simplified the order tracking process.

  • Where to Find:

  1. Introducing New Action Button: Check Status in BSE Mandates:- 


  • With the latest release, we have introduced a "Check Status" action button in the BSE Mandate List. This new button allows users to fetch the status of an individual mandate as per the. Previously, the entire list was automatically updated only once a day. Now, users can use this button to place a request and check the status of a specific mandate.

  • This feature provides the flexibility to fetch the status individually, eliminating the need to wait for auto update of the list.

  1. Introducing SSO Redirection to Specific Pages:- 


  • We have introduced a new parameter in the Get SSO Token API, allowing users to be redirected to specific pages within our web portal after a successful SSO.

  • Previously, this functionality was unavailable, but now it enables seamless navigation to specific sections.

  • List of sections where SSO redirection is available:

    • Portfolio Valuation

    • Portfolio Summary

    • New Investment ( NSE, BSE & MFU)

    • New Investments NFO tab ( NSE, BSE & MFU)

  1. Change in Mandate Authorisation Process as per Updated MFU Guidelines:-


  • In compliance with the revised MFU guidelines, the mandate authorisation process has been updated.

  • Previously, investors could authorise the mandate through an on-screen option immediately after mandate creation. However, MFU has changed the configuration at their end. Now, investors will receive an email with a link to authorise the mandate.

  • To address this change, the system no longer displays a blank page after mandate creation. Instead, a pop-up message will appear, stating:

            "Please approve the link sent to your email to authorise the mandate."

  1. Added Filter for Source in the Portfolio Graph Aggregator API:-

  • With the latest release, we have introduced a new filter in the Aggregator API for the Net Investment vs AUM graph. This filter provides the option to segregate and create the graph depending on the data requirement from Managed and Outside Data sources.

  • This enhancement empowers advisors to generate and customise the Net Investment vs AUM graph according to their specific requirements.



  1. Updates in Email Scheduler:- 


  • With the latest release, we have updated the Email Scheduler with new functionality.

  • The Name and Subject fields have been separated for better clarity.

  • Two new columns, Last Execution Date and Next Execution Date, have been added to the campaign list table to provide detailed scheduling information.

  • It enhances clarity in campaign details and provides users with precise scheduling insights for better campaign management.

  1. Improvements in Factsheet(Onscreen and PDF):-


  • With the latest release, some updates have been made to the factsheet for enhanced usability and visual clarity.

  • Equity Cap Allocation Added:-  A new section for Equity Cap Allocation is now available in both the Onscreen view and PDF download.

  • Eliminating Blank Rows:- Rows with a blank (-) sign under the Fund Manager section will no longer appear if no Fund Manager is present.

  • Date Format Update:- The date format has been changed from DD-MM-YYYY to DD MMM YYYY for better readability.

  • Current NAV Percentage Difference from 52 wk high:- In the Scheme Profile section (Onscreen), percentage differences are now displayed with colour coding — red for negative and green for positive values.

  • Improved Mobile Responsiveness:- The Onscreen view has been optimised for a seamless mobile experience.

  1. Portfolio Summary PDF: Allocation Section Now Includes All Assets:-


  • With the latest release, the Portfolio Summary PDF report has been updated to include all asset types in the Allocation Section instead of only Mutual funds. This ensures a more comprehensive and detailed representation of the portfolio's asset distribution.

  • This update offers a complete view of the portfolio's allocation across all assets.

  1. Inactive Client Report: New Column “Iwell Code” Added in Excel File:- 


  • With the latest release, a new column titled Iwell Code has been added to the Inactive Client Report in the Excel file download.

  • Where to Find:

    • Dashboard > Business Analytics > Inactive Clients > XLS


   

 



  1. Introduced Remarks Column in the Download Section:-


  • With the latest release, a new "Remarks" column has been added to the download section.

  • This column provides remarks in cases where a download fails, offering clarity on the issue.

  1. Added Search Like Option for Some Columns in the Investment Profile Creation Process:-


  • We have introduced a "Search-Like" option for some columns in the investment profile creation process.

  • This update enables users to quickly search for the relevant information within columns during the creation of IIN, UCC, or CAN, making the process quick.

  • Sections in Which Search Option is Added

    • Sub-broker, State, Country, Citizenship-MFU, Nationality-MFU

Bugs Resolved


  1. Chronological Order for Transaction Dates in Capital Gain Realized Report:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the Capital Gain Realized Report where the transaction dates were not displayed chronologically.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified this issue. The transaction dates in the Capital Gain Realized Report are now displayed in the correct chronological order.

  • Where to Find:

    • Investor Dashboard > Report > Capital Gain Realized  

   

 



  1. Total of Sell Value Missing in Capital Gain Realized Report:- 


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported that the total sell value was not displayed in the on-screen Capital Gain Realized Report or the downloaded Excel file.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified this issue. The total sell value now appears correctly in both the on-screen report and the Excel file.

  1. Updates in KYC Status Report:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • Previously, in the KYC Status Report, the status column displayed "null" for newly created KYC entries.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • With the latest release, the status column has been updated to display "Draft" for new KYC entries, providing clarity and consistency in the report.

  1. Missing Columns in Portfolio Valuation Excel Download:- 


  • Issue Reported:
    A user reported an issue where some columns were missing in the downloaded Portfolio Valuation Excel file.

  • Issue Resolved:
    Our development team has rectified the bug. The downloaded Portfolio Valuation Excel file now includes all the necessary columns as expected.

  1. Issue with IIN Not Available in NSE Profile List:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the NSE Profile List where the "IIN Not Available" section did not display list of all clients and sometimes showed duplicate entries.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified the bug. The "IIN Not Available" section now correctly displays the complete list of clients.

  • Where to Find:

  1. Error While Adding New Client to Existing Campaign in Email Scheduler:-  


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue in the email scheduler. When adding a new client to an existing campaign, a new campaign row was being created with only the newly added client, instead of updating the existing campaign.

  • Issue Resolved:

    •  Our development team has rectified the bug. Now, when a new client is added to an existing campaign, the system correctly updates the existing campaign without creating a separate row.

  • To Update Existing Campaign:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Email Scheduler > Actions > Edit


   

 



  1. SIP Start Date Error in MFU:-  


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with SIP order placement in MFU. When placing an SIP, the start date was incorrectly set to begin after 15 days instead of the required 7 days.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team identified and rectified the issue. The SIP start date has now been updated to begin after 7 days as intended.

  • To Make an Investment:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard  > Invest Online MFU > New Investment/Fund Pick/ Additional Transaction


   



 


  1. Error While Creating IIN:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue during the IIN creation process. In the final step, FATCA, an error message appeared stating, "Provided DOB is not matched with IIN Details" after submission.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and resolved the bug causing this issue. The process now validates the provided Date of Birth correctly, ensuring successful submission.

  • To Create New IIN:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE > Profile List > Create IIN


     



  1. Incorrect Delivery of Birthday Summary Emails:- 


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with the birthday mail summary received by brokers. Regardless of whether the option to send birthday emails was set to "Yes" or "No," brokers were still receiving the list of investors whose birthdays were on that day.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified the bug. Now, if the option to send birthday emails is set to "No," the broker will no longer receive the birthday summary list of investors.

  1. Amount Becoming Zero While Editing Dividend in Share and Bond:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported a bug in the Share and Bond section. When editing a dividend transaction and submitting the request, the amount was incorrectly changing to zero. This issue was occurring for all transaction types marked as "Dividend Paid."

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified the bug causing this issue. Now, the amount remains unchanged after editing and submitting dividend transactions.

  1. Blank Fields in Downloaded Pre-Filled IIN Form:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with the Pre-Filled IIN Form. Certain fields that were supposed to be pre-filled in the downloaded form were shown blank.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the issue. Now, all designated fields are correctly pre-filled when the form is downloaded.

  • To Download Pre-Filled IIN Form:

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE > Profile List > Incomplete IIN > Actions > Incomplete IIN > Download Pre-filled IIN Form


   


  1. MFU Mandate Creation Error Due to Auto Source Update:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where they were unable to create a mandate in MFU. The issue occurred because the client's CAN, originally created in Mint, had its source automatically updated from RTA file, preventing mandate creation.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the bug. Mandate creation will now function correctly, the source of CAN creation will not change once created.

    • Dashboard > Invest Online MFU > Profile List > Create CAN >


   

 



  1. Aadhaar Linked Status not Updated in Mint:-


  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported a bug where, despite the Aadhar Linked status being updated in the RTA file, the same folio was still appearing in the Aadhar Link Missing in Compliance Report.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has identified and rectified the bug. The system now correctly reflects the Aadhar Linked status.



  1. KYC Flag Not Updating in Mint:-

  •  Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue where a folio with completed KYC was still displaying "KYC: No" in its Folio Details. Additionally, the same folio was appearing in the Compliance Report under "KYC Missing."

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team identified the bug, which was caused by a single folio having multiple scheme investments, some of which did not have KYC completed. The issue has now been rectified to ensure the KYC flag updates correctly based on the status of all associated investments.

    • Dashboard > Data Management > Compliance Report > KYC Missing


   

 


  1. Bond Not Visible in Scrip Search:-


  •  Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue while creating a manual transaction for Shares & Bonds. Certain scrips were not appearing during the search and showing the message "No Data Available."

  • Issue Resolved:

    • Our development team has rectified the bug. The scrip search functionality has been updated to ensure all scrips are now available.


  • To Create a Manual Transaction:

    • Dashboard > Data Management >Create Transaction  > Share & Bond > Add Transaction
