Feature Updates


  1. Updated Capital Gain Realized Report:-

  • With the latest release, we have updated the Capital Gain Realized Report Excel File with the new tax regime for FY 24-25

  • To Download Capital Gain Realized Report:

    • Login to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Investor Dashboard > Report > Capital Gain Realized


  1. Auto Assign of Service RM Based on EUIN

  • We have expanded the auto-assign feature to include Service RMs based on the EUIN field when a new investor is created through the transaction.

  • Previously, auto-assignment was limited to RMs and Sub Brokers, but now Service RMs are also automatically assigned to clients.

  • This new feature ensures a more structured hierarchy in client servicing.


  1. Select KYC Modification or New:- 

  • With the latest update, users can now select the KYC Modification mode as either New or Modified while generating the Video KYC link.

  • This allows for more flexibility in handling KYC applications based on the KYC status.

  • To Genrate Video KYC

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Invest Online NSE/BSE/MFU > Video KYC Status > Generate Video KYC


Bugs Resolved


  1. ARN Filter Not Working in Brokerage- Verify Payout and Post:-

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue in the Brokerage section. While performing the Verify Payout and Post function, on generating the Excel report showed commission details for all ARNs, even when a single ARN was selected.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug. The ARN filter now works correctly, and the downloaded report reflects the selected ARN.

  1. Improved Client Finder Functionality:- 

  • Update:

    • We have enhanced the Client Finder function in the mobile app. Now, if a request is placed to merge two or more clients, those client names will no longer appear in the Client Finder. This improvement helps brokers easily identify which clients are currently in the merging process.

  • Benefits:

    • Simplifies the client search process

    • Prevents confusion during client merging

    • Login to Investwell

    • Clients  > Select Clients  > Action Filter (Merge Duplicate)

    • Login to Investwell Mobile

    • Home Screen  > Clients 


  1. Discrepancy in First Investment Date in Transaction History and Client Profile

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue where the first investment date differed between the Client Profile section and the Transaction History section.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug causing this inconsistency. The first investment date is now displayed correctly in both sections.

  • To Check the Transaction History

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Investor Dashboard > Transactions > Use Filter 


  1. Issue in Switch Out Without Switch In Report:-

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported that after performing a Switch Out and Switch in for a scheme while checking in the Statement of Account only the Switch Out transaction type was visible. Checking for the same in Switch Out without Switch In report no transaction was visible.

  • Issue Resolved

    • Our development has rectified the bug associated with it, after performing Switch Out and Switch In of any scheme. The correct data will be shown in both the Statement of Account and  Switch Out without Switch In report.

    • Dashboard > Folio Lookup > Click on SOA icon


  • To View the Switch Out without Switch In Report

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Business Analytics > Switch Out without Switch In


  1. BSE UCC Mapping Rejected for Minor Clients:- 

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue with UCC Mapping rejections for minor clients. The problem occurred because the guardian's PAN was used instead of the minor's PAN during client creation.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified the bug and corrected it. If the minor has their own PAN, it will now be used for UCC mapping, instead of the guardian's PAN.

    • Login to Investwell

    • Invest Online BSE > Rejected UCC Mapping 


  1. Investment Date Mismatch for Other Assets in Portfolio Valuation Report:- 

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported a mismatch in the investment dates within the Summary of Other Asset section of the Portfolio Valuation Report. When multiple transactions were added for any asset, the first investment date added in the transaction was not considered as the start date in the report.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the issue. The first investment date is now correctly reflected as the start date in the Portfolio Valuation Report.

  1. Issue With Signing in Using Google:-

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue with signing in using Google. This issue was specific for clients whose domain URL was “ my-portfolio.co.in.”

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug causing this problem. Users with this domain can now sign in using Google without any issues.
