Displays unrealized gain of each purchase transaction date wise.


Detailed Summary (Client)

Displays unrealized gain of each lumpsum purchase transaction date wise and systematic transactions are grouped into one with an average cost.

Grouping is on family member 


Detailed Summary (Objective)

Displays unrealized gain of each lumpsum purchase transaction date wise and systematic transactions are grouped into one with an average cost.

Grouping is on micro asset class like equity large cap, small cap etc


Summary Report


Displays summarized unrealized gain of each folio along with CAGR of the folio.



Summary with XIRR

Displays summarized unrealized and realized gain of each folio along with XIRR of the folio


Goal Wise Report

Displays goal status summary along with the portfolio grouped by goals.


ST/LT Unrealized Gain

Displays unrealized capital gain for the currently held schemes. It is classified as 


  1. Equity short term
  2. Equity Long term
  3. Debt Short term
  4. Debt Long term
  5. ELSS locked
  6. ELSS Greater than 3 years

This report can also be called as Plan my Redemption report.



If you take the Current Portfolio report (1st Menu option in REPORT Menu), the CAGR Calculation is made on the currently held units only.  This CAGR shows returns for the UNREALIZED UNITS ONLY !Here we have to consider DIVIDEND REIN as a cost, since you may have only the REINVESTED UNITS held and you have sold off the ORIGINAL UNITS.

If we dont, then the return will be infinite.


Please check the PORTFOLIO SUMMARY REPORT (2nd option in the REPORT Menu)

This report shows XIRR, which includes both the realized gain and the UNREALIZED gain.  In this report , we consider all CASH FLOWS, and the RETURNS shown here are the correct measure of Returns for each folio and also the complete Portfolio of the investor.


Dividend Payouts are already included in Realized Gains.
FD Interest is shown in Unrealized Gains.  This is so, because even in case of FD with Interest Payout option, we do not track DATES of INTEREST PAYOUT. We show it is REALIZED GAINS after the FD matures.For both Payout and Cumulative FD.
