Dear InvestWell Team,
I hope you’re doing well. While using your software, I noticed a couple of features that are crucial for our operations and were available in the previous software we used. These features are essential for both security and document management, and we request that they be implemented in InvestWell as soon as possible:
Folio Number Masking: Our previous software had an option to mask folio numbers, showing only the last four digits. This is critical for protecting sensitive information. Exposing the full folio number could lead to potential security risks, and we need this feature in InvestWell urgently.
Document Sharing Permissions: We also had the ability to decide whether to share or not share documents uploaded to the system. Since we upload many internal documents as part of our SOPs, it’s vital that we can choose what is visible to clients. Currently, all documents are shared automatically, which isn’t always appropriate.
These features were integral to our workflow and client interactions, and their absence is affecting our processes. We would appreciate it if these could be prioritized and added to InvestWell at the earliest possible time.
