Feature Updates

  1. Introducing "As on Date" Selector in Email Scheduler for Portfolio Summary Report:-

  • With the latest update, an "As on Date" picker has been introduced in the Email Scheduler when scheduling the Portfolio Summary report.

  • This date picker will be activated when the scheduling frequency is set to One Time, allowing users to select an as-on date for the report.

  • The date selected in the “As on Date” picker acts like the end date in the portfolio summary report. This helps to get the report between the desired and specific date range.

  • Where to Find

    • Login to Investwell 

    • Dashboard > Email Scheduler > Create Campaign > Select Client > Proceed > Portfolio Summary Report > One Time > Select Period > Pick (As on Date)


  1. Introducing Quarterly Frequency in Email Scheduler:- 

  • With the latest update, a Quarterly frequency option has been added to the email scheduler.

  • This option allows users to schedule the sharing of reports such as Capital Gain Realized, Detail Capital Gain Realized, and Tax Package on a quarterly basis.

  • To Schedule Email

    • Login to Investwell

    • Dashboard > Email Scheduler > Create/Edit Campaign 

  • Select Any Report:

  • Select between Recurring and One Time

  • Select Period(Financial Year)

  • Select Frequency 

  • Select Time

  

Bugs Resolved


  1. BSE- HUF Fatca Error:-

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue during the FATCA process when the tax status was selected as HUF. Upon submission, an error message appeared: "Invalid CO_BIR_INC VALUE."

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the issue. The FATCA submission now works smoothly when selecting the tax status as HUF.

    • Dashboard > Invest Online BSE > Profile List > Create UCC > Tax Status 

 

  1. Sorting Issue in Top Scheme:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with the sorting functionality in the Top Scheme section. When using the Customisation option to add columns displaying returns for "Days" and switching the toggle button to Annualised, the data displayed incorrectly.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The development team identified and resolved the issue. Both functions now work correctly showing the correct data.

    • Utilities > Top Schemes 


  1. “Login to BSE" Button is Not Visible for Back Office Users:- 

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported a bug where the "Login to BSE" button was not visible for users with the Back Office User hierarchy level.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug. The "Login to BSE" button is now visible for all the desired hierarchy levels.

    • Invest Online BSE > Profile List > Login to BSE


  1. Watchlist: Schemes with current value 0 showing in list:-

  • Issue Reported:

    • A user reported an issue with the Watchlist feature, where schemes with a current value of 0 were appearing in the Historical Change list.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The development team identified and resolved the issue. Now, for any invested scheme, if the current value is less than 10, the scheme will not be included in the list.

    • Investor Dashboard > Watchlist > Historical Change 


  1. PDF Generated When Shared via WhatsApp Does Not Match the On-Screen Preview PDF:-

  • Issue Reported:

    •  A user reported an issue where, after an investor logged into their account and shared the Portfolio Valuation/Summary report via WhatsApp, the generated PDF had missing data compared to the preview PDF displayed on the screen.

  • Issue Resolved:

    • The development team identified and resolved the bug. The PDF generated on WhatsApp now matches the data shown in the on-screen preview.

    • Investor Login > Dashboard > Report > Portfolio Valuation/Summary > PDF > Whatsapp Icon


  1. Incorrect Overall XIRR Displayed in Portfolio Summary:- 

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an issue in the Portfolio Summary report when allasset classes were viewed together on screen. The report was incorrectly showing the Overall XIRR for Mutual Funds only and not including other asset classes.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team has rectified the bug. Now, when "All Assets" is selected as the asset class, the report will display the Overall XIRR for every type of asset invested.
