Feature Updates


  1. Portfolio Summary - Introducing Combine all Assets in 1 Table:

  • All assets are now shown in a single table with common columns.

  • The "Dividend Payout" column is renamed to "Div Payout / Interest

  • Order placement in mutual funds using the cart icon

  • This update simplifies portfolio management by consolidating all assets into one table, improving navigation and clarity.

  • Where to Find:-

    • Login to Investwell

    • Go to Investor Dashboard > Reports > Portfolio Summary > Asset Class ( All Assets)

 


  1. Robo Responder - Improvements:

  • A message has been added at the end of every Robo Responder conversation to create a more human experience.

  • The message includes:

    • Type Help to return to the Main Menu

    • Type Bye to end the conversation

  • This update ensures a smooth start and end to each conversation, making the Robo Responder more human-like and improving the overall user experience.

  • How to Use Robo-Responder:-

    • The investor simply sends a message saying “Hi”

    • Robo - Responder responds with a list of options

  1. Masked Data Functionality - Improvements:

  • We've improved our Masked Data functionality to ensure that all previously unmasked information is now securely masked.

  • This update provides a better consistency in masking the data across both web and mobile browser. 

  • Where to Find:

    • Login to Investwell

    • Go to Investor Dashboard > Click on the Profile > Mask Data



  1. Redemption Simulation Report - Introducing PDF:

  • We've introduced a PDF view option in the Redemption Simulation Report.

  • Information on  “Transaction Type” is added, when grouped by transaction is selected. This allows users to filter between planned and unplanned redemptions.

  • This update allows users to generate the reports in PDF format with insights on redemptions and their potential gains (if not redeemed). 

  • To download the PDF report

    • Login to Investwell

    • Business Analytics > Redemption Simulation > View Type (PDF)

 

  • Group by Transaction Type

    • Login to Investwell

    • Business Analytics > Redemption Simulation > Group by Transaction

 


  1. Client Watchlist - Heatmap for Quartile Rankings:

  • A heatmap has been added to the Watchlist to show quartile rankings of MF schemes.

  • The color of each box will represent the quartile ranking for the schemes over the years.

  • This update allows users to quickly visualize the historical performance of their watchlisted schemes through color-coded rankings.

  • Colour used for each quartile

 

  • Where to Find

    • Login to Investwell

    • Investor Dashboard > Watchlist > Historical Change

 


  1. SIP Mining Historical Transactions - Table Totals and ARN Filter:

  • A row named “Total” has been added to the table when the toggle is switched towards Historical Transactions.

  • The total row is available in both the On-Screen view and XLS export.

  • An ARN filter has been added for Historical Transactions.

  • With this update, the user can easily view the SIP contributions across the entire client list and filter transactions by ARN for more precise analysis.

  • Where to Find

    • Go to Business Analytics  > SIP Mining > Historical Transaction

 

 

  1. Brokerage Income Detail - Group by Service RM:

  • A new option to group by Service RM has been added to the Brokerage Income Detail report.

  • This will allow the admin to view the brokerage income details by grouping them by Service RM.

  • To View and Download the Income Detail List

    • Login to Investwell

    • Go to Investor > Brokerage > Income Detail > Group By (Service RM)

 


  1. Service RM EUIN - Prioritization in Transaction Placement:

  • The system now considers the EUIN of Service RM when placing transactions through NSE/BSE/MFU.

  • Priority Order:

    • If a Service RM is assigned to a client, the EUIN of the Service RM will be passed with top priority.

    • If the Service RM's EUIN is missing, the EUIN of the Sub-broker will be passed.

    • If the Sub-broker's EUIN is also missing, the EUIN of the RM will be passed.

  • This new update ensures that the most relevant EUIN is automatically selected during transaction placement, reducing errors


Bugs Resolved


  1. Robo-Responder - No SIP Data Showing for Client with Running SIP

  • Issue Reported

    • The Robo Responder incorrectly indicated that an investor did not have any running SIPs, even though the investor had an active SIP

  • Issue Resolved

    • The issue has been resolved, and the Robo Responder now accurately reflects the investor's running SIPs.

  • To View Investment details with Robo-Responder

    • Simply send a message saying “Hi”

    • Robo - Responder responds with a list of options 

   

  1. Records Not Getting Imported from the Contract Note

  • Issue Reported

    • Some users reported that while importing data from a PDF (contract note), certain records were not being imported.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug in the system that was causing the issue. Now, all data is being imported successfully

  • To Import Contract Note

    • Login to Investwell

    • Go to Data Management > Create Transaction > Share & Bond  > Contract Note


  1. Issue While Uploading CAS File Through OTP

  • Issue Reported

    • While importing CAS via OTP and selecting "Existing Client," the process failed after entering the OTP, with an error saying the client already existed.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team fixed the bug causing this error. Now, the CAS import process works correctly.

    • Login to Investwell

    • Data Management > CAS Import


  1. Login with OTP: Encountering Multiple User Registered

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported a bug where, during login via OTP, an error showed "Multiple users registered." This happened because the user entered two different phone numbers in two different places during account creation.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team fixed the bug causing this error. The login process now works correctly with OTP.

  1. ELSS Procurement Report in Client Mobile App Giving Error

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported an error in the mobile app where the ELSS procurement report was showing "No record available," even though the user had made investments in ELSS.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team identified and fixed the bug causing this issue. The report now correctly displays the user's ELSS investments.

    • Login to Investwell

    • Menu > ELSS Investments

 


 

  1. DOB Missing for Clients While using Bulk Upload

  • Issue Reported

    • A user uploaded a bulk file to update client usernames. The file included columns for client name, PAN, APP Code, IWell Code, and username, while other columns were deleted. After uploading the file, the DOB field was empty for those clients.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team fixed the issue so that the DOB field is now correctly maintained when updating client information.

    • Login to Investwell

    • Clients > Upload

 

 


  1. Email Status Showing Sent for Clients Whose Email ID Doesn’t Exist

  • Issue Reported

    • A user reported a bug where, during an email campaign, the status of the email showed as "Sent" for clients who did not have an email ID.

  • Issue Resolved

    • The development team fixed the bug so that the email status now accurately reflects the email sending status for clients with valid email IDs.
