Portfolio Valuation Improvements:
We have successfully implemented several improvements in the Portfolio Valuation module. Here is a summary of the bug fixes and enhancements:
Auto Column Width Adjustment: Adjusted column widths dynamically based on the resolution for improved readability.
Dividend Column Removal: Implemented a change to remove the Dividend column when all values are zero, streamlining the presentation.
Header Freeze: Implemented header freezing to ensure a consistent user experience during navigation.
Alternate Color Removal and Hover Effect: Eliminated alternate row coloring and updated the hover effect to ensure a more professional appearance.
Column Position Changes: Addressed a change related to column positions, ensuring that changes are reflected accurately.
Sub-Category Total Border: Added a top border for sub-category total values to enhance visibility.
Investor Total Border Lines: Incorporated top and bottom border lines for investor total values for a more structured presentation.
Investor Name and Category Colors: Applied the theme color (green) to Investor Names and Category labels for consistency and improved aesthetics.
Header Background Color: Set the header background color to match the theme, enhancing overall visual appeal.
Grand Total Background Color: Adjusted the Grand Total background color to a lighter theme shade for better contrast.
Detailed View Font Size Adjustment: Reduced font size by 1 point (size 12) in the Detailed View for a cleaner look.
Space Management: Implemented specific space management for Client, Category, and Data to optimize layout and improve clarity.
Subtotal Designation: Enhanced the design of Subtotal rows for both Category and Investor sections.

Login via OTP (One-Time Password) Implementation:
We are thrilled to announce the release of a new feature that enhances the security and ease of access to our platform: Login via OTP.
Users can now log in seamlessly by entering their registered mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the provided mobile number for secure authentication.
Using the OTP Clients can login to the system and view their data.
NSE New Mandate Form Update:
The NSE Mandate Form has been updated to align with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Clients Menu Default Toggle Update:
We are excited to introduce a user interface enhancement in the Clients Menu to streamline your experience. Starting with this release, the default view when accessing the Clients Menu will now display the Family Head List instead of the All Clients view.
You can still easily switch to the All Clients view using the toggle for comprehensive access to all client records. After switching the toggle, the system will remember this as your default setting if you come to this screen again after sometime.

Sub Broker Selection in IIN/UCC Creation (Broker Portal):
We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to the IIN/UCC creation process in the Broker Portal. In this release, we have introduced the ability for users, excluding Level 10 (Sub broker), to select a Sub broker directly during the creation of IIN/UCC.
Users can choose the relevant Sub broker from the list, streamlining the process of associating IIN/UCC with the appropriate Sub broker.

Login to Investwell >> Invest online NSE / BSE >> Profile List >> Create UCC / IIN.
Save Model Enhancement in Scheme Compare:
We are excited to introduce a set of enhancements to the Scheme Compare feature, focusing on the creation and management of Scheme Models. These improvements aim to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
Save Model Button in Scheme Compare: Users can now save a scheme group as a model in Scheme Compare. Benchmarks will not be saved along with schemes in the scheme model.
Visibility in Model Portfolio and Scheme Compare: The created Scheme Model will be visible in both Model Portfolio and Scheme Compare's Scheme Model' search box.
Default Allotment of 1 Lac per Scheme: The Current Value of 1 Lac will be automatically allotted per scheme while creating a scheme model. This allows users to use the model in Model Portfolio for generating a portfolio analysis.
Optional Description During Model Saving: While saving a model, the description is now optional, while the name remains compulsory. This change is also reflected in Model Portfolio.

Enhanced Client Search and Sorting in Broker Dashboard:
We are delighted to introduce an upgrade to the Broker Dashboard client search functionality, providing users with a more personalized and efficient experience.
In this release, we've implemented the sorting Based on Last Accessed Time. Here, the search results and suggestions will now be sorted based on the last accessed time by the logged-in user. If the last accessed time is unavailable, the results will be sorted alphabetically.
Lost Brokerage Report - Broker Admin and Back Office:
We are pleased to introduce a powerful new feature for broker administrators and back-office users – the Lost Brokerage Report. This enhancement provides comprehensive insights into unpaid brokerage amounts, empowering administrators to track and recover UNPAID Brokerage from the AMCs.
You can Generate the Report by following the below steps:
Login to Investwell >> Brokerage >> Lost Brokerage >> Select Process Month >> Apply.

Email Scheduler for Scheduled Goal Reports:
We are excited to announce a new feature that adds flexibility and convenience to goal tracking – the Email Scheduler for Scheduled Goal Reports. This enhancement allows users to automate the delivery of goal reports via email at specified intervals, ensuring timely and effortless access to important goal-related insights.

Login to Investwell >> Email Schedular >> Create Campaign >> Enter Subject Line >> Select Receipents >> Select Template >> select type as recurring >> ENter the required details.
RM Incentive Calculation in Brokerage Menu:
We are pleased to introduce a new feature in the Brokerage Menu - RM Incentive. This enhancement allows for the calculation and display of Relationship Manager (RM) incentives based on commission earned from each transaction.
Below is a Step by step guide for RM incentive Calculation:
Step 1: User Creation :: Settings >> User Settings >> Create User as RM
Step 3: Define Incentive Rate :: Settings >> RM Incentive >> Add Incentive >> Select Client Name (RM Name will be fetched on Auto) >> Enter Date of Assignment >> Sharing Before and Sharing After %.
Step 4: Download Report :: Login to Investwell >> Brokerage >> Select group By as client >> View type XLS >> Apply.
RM Incentive amount is calculated and shown as a column in the Excel export of Brokerage Income detail report when grouped on Client.
Enhanced Search and Functionality in Compliance Report:
We have added a search option on the Folio column for easy identification of specific folios. These are available for Aadhar link missing, Folio without nominee, and KYC missing reports.

Morningstar Sync Changes:
We are pleased to announce an update to the Morningstar sync functionality, introducing a new toggle allowing users to choose between Family Head and All Clients
If toggle is set to Family heads then the entire portfolio of a family will be synced together. Otherwise if toggle is towards All Clients then only the selected individual’s Portfolio will be synced.

Modify SIP Functionality for Back Office Level User:
Users with Backoffice level access were unable to utilize the Modify SIP functionality, our development team has identified and addressed the issue, ensuring that Backoffice level users can now effectively use the Modify SIP feature.

Morningstar Integration - Shares Portfolio Data Sync Issue:
Clients with only shares portfolios and no Mutual Fund (MF) holdings were experiencing a data sync issue, where information was not being transmitted to Morningstar.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the issue. Clients with shares portfolios will now have their data synced accurately to Morningstar,
Editing the Upcoming SIP template was causing alignment issues in the table, impacting the overall visual presentation.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the bug related to template edits. The alignment issues in the table caused by modifying the Upcoming SIP template have been addressed, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing display.

Aadhar Status Not Updating After Karvy Aadhar Link Import:
After importing the Karvy Aadhar link missing file, the Aadhar status for affected clients was not updating as expected, causing discrepancies in the records.
Our development team has identified and resolved the issue, the system now correctly updates the Aadhar status for affected clients, ensuring accurate records.

NSE Transaction Type not showing on dropdown click:
Previously, when initiating a new investment order through NSE, users reported an issue in which, after selecting the schemes the transaction type dropdown displayed "No data available." With this update, the issue has been resolved. Investors can now select their preferred transaction type with ease, ensuring a smoother and more efficient investment experience.

AUM Report Mismatch in Broker Mobile App With Client Dashboard:
Users were experiencing a mismatch in the AUM displayed in the Mobile App with Client Portal Dashboard causing discrepancies. Our development team has successfully identified and addressed the issue related to this AUM mismatch. To match the AUM figure on your dashboard with AUM report you need to enter the AUM date and then check.
NSE Systematic Orders - Incorrect Data Display in Ceased SIPs:
Users were encountering a bug where incorrect data was being displayed in the Ceased Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) section for NSE Systematic Orders.
This issue causing incorrect data display in the Ceased SIPs section for NSE Systematic Orders has been resolved. Users will now see accurate and reliable information pertaining to Ceased SIPs.
Incorrect Life Insurance Premium Reminder Emails:
Clients were receiving life insurance premium reminder emails even if their premium had already been paid in accordance with the premium paid term.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the bug. The system now accurately assesses premium payment status, ensuring that clients only receive reminders when necessary.

Default Folio Not Selected in Order Placement Form:
Users were experiencing a bug where the default folio was not being automatically selected in the order placement form.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the issue. The system now correctly selects the default folio in the order placement form, ensuring a smoother and more efficient order submission process.
Client Bill Register - Unable to Convert to Tax Invoice:
Users encountered a bug in the Client Bill Register where attempting to convert an invoice to a tax invoice resulted in the screen freezing, preventing further action. Additionally, the GST was not being calculated in the generated PDF.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the issues associated with converting invoices to tax invoices in the Client Bill Register. The screen freezing has been addressed, and the GST calculation in the PDF has been corrected.

Password Protection Issue in Portfolio Rebalancing Report:
Users were encountering a bug where the Portfolio Rebalancing Report was being downloaded with password protection, while other client reports were not subject to the same security measure.
The bug has now been fixed and the reports are generated based on the selection done in the portal settings.
Follow the below steps to set up or remove password protection in the reports:
Login to Investwell >> Settings >> Portal Settings >> PDF Reports Configuration >> Set Password Protected PDF >> Save.
Missing Long Term Equity, ELSS Locked/Unlocked of Unrealized Capital Gain in Comprehensive Report:
Users reported a bug where Long Term Equity, ELSS Locked/Unlocked of Unrealized Capital Gain information was missing from the Comprehensive Report, leading to incomplete financial insights.
Our development team has successfully identified and resolved the bug associated with the report. The information is now correctly included in the report for a comprehensive view of the client's financial portfolio.

Error in SIP Step-Up Calculator:
We recently received valuable feedback from our user regarding an error in the SIP Step-Up Calculator, specifically in the displayed amount with the increase in ROI during the initial years which was incorrect. We have resolved this issue and now once you fill out all the details the results you will get are absolutely accurate.
Modifications have been made to the access permissions for the NSE My Orders menu for all User Types.
Initially the “My Orders” checkbox of Invest Online NSE had been disabled by the system for untick because the system used to redirect the page from Carts menu to My orders menu once the order was initiated in-order to check the status.
This has been stopped now and the system will now re-direct to the dashboard of the Investor once the transaction is initiated also, the “My Orders” Menu can now be unticked if required by the user.

Modifications have been made to the access permissions for the NSE My Orders menu for all User Types.
Initially the “My Orders” checkbox of Invest Online NSE had been disabled by the system for untick because the system used to redirect the page from Carts menu to My orders menu once the order was initiated in-order to check the status.
This has been stopped now and the system will now re-direct to the dashboard of the Investor once the transaction is initiated also, the “My Orders” Menu can now be unticked if required by the user.
Follow the below steps to make changes in the access permission:
Login to Investwell >> Settings >> User Settings >> Access Permission >> Select Role >> Make changes >> Submit.
